Peggy Ann Spicer

Funeral services for Mrs. Peggy Spicer will be held Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at 1:30 PM with Bro. Mike Skinner officiating. Interment will follow at Toomsuba Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Today we say goodbye to the Loving Matriarch of our family, Peggy Ann Peden Lang Spicer, age 77 of Dalewood Shores Lake. Our Heavenly Father called Peggy Ann home, June 28, 2024. The unexpected loss is deeply felt by family and friends.

Peggy is survived by her daughter, Sandra Sheely, her granddaughters; Nikki Gibbs (Colton) and Breanna Skinner (Dylan). Peggy was also blessed with four great-granddaughters: Kinsley, Lillykate, Adaline, and Maebry. Peggy is also survived by her brother Danny Peden, sister Pat Sullivan and family.

She is preceded in death by her first husband Johnnie Frank Lang, her son Larry Lang, her second husband Kenneth E. Spicer. Peggy is also preceded in death by her brother, Sonny Peden, her father, Buck Peden, and her mother, Hazel Peden.

Peggy had been retired for several years from Rush Foundation Hospital and Vital Healthcare Systems.

Our hearts are broken with her passing, but we rejoice in knowing we will be together again.

Pallbearers will be Colton Gibbs, Dylan Skinner, David Sheely, and Donnie Atkins.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the funeral home prior to funeral services.
