Pennie Lynn Vaughn Thompson

Graveside services for Mrs. Pennie Lynn Vaughn Thompson will begin at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 18, 2020 at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens with the Reverend Mike Vick officiating. Interment will follow graveside rites. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mrs. Thompson, 56, of Meridian, passed away Monday December 14, 2020 at her home.

Pennie worked as a Registered Nurse for over 30 years. She loved her family and grandkids, she loved spending time with her grandkids at any chance possible.

Mrs. Pennie is survived by her children Lee Thompson (Priscilla), Kaycee Bradley, and Morgan Lewis (Josh). Grandchildren Lexie Lewis, Aselyn Thompson, Andrea Bradley, Katelynn Bradley, Annslee Lewis, and one on the way. Parents Betty Garrison and James Vaughn; siblings, Karen Winborn and Jim Vaughn (Tonya) as well as a host of extended family members and friends.

Pennie is preceded in death by her step-father Roy Garrison, Jr; maternal grandmother Pennie Polizzi; brother-in-law, Ken Winborn.

The Thompson family will receive guests from 10:30 until 12:30 at the funeral home prior to graveside rites. Facial coverings will be required to attend the visitation.
