Perry Lee Stephens Memorial services for Perry Lee Stephens will be held Saturday, July 16, 2011, at 2:30 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. John Temple officiating and Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Lee Stephens, 55, of Lauderdale died Saturday, July 9, 2011 at Anderson Regional Medical Center. Mr. Stephens was employed by L3 Communication and served in the U.S. Army, 82nd Airborne Division as a paratrooper. He was a loving husband, devoted father, grandfather, and an adopted grandfather, known as "Poppie." Survivors include his wife Sandra Arnold Stephens of Lauderdale, his children Candice Brown and husband Mark of Lauderdale, Amberlie Broadhead and husband Jonathan of Meridian, Kaci Stephens of Lauderdale and Kristen Stephens of Lauderdale, grand-children Makayla Casselman, Braylie Broadhead and Jackson Stephens, sister Lynne Skelton of Sahuarita, Arizona, brother Johnny Nichols of Little Rock, Arkansas, and step father Frank Kurkowitz of Killeen, Texas.
