Funeral services for Mr. Peter Anthony Lucovich, Sr. will be held Thursday, January 26, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Richard Williams and Reverend Paul Raley officiating. Burial will be at Forest Lawn with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Lucovich, age 86, of Meridian passed away Monday, January 23, 2017 at Rush.

Pete was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam War. He was a member of the Chunky Masonic Lodge, and a member of Druid Hills United Methodist Church, and was an active member in the Men’s Group. He loved playing golf at the Lakeview Golf course.

Survivors include his wife, Rose Marie (Keenum) Lucovich, Meridian; sons, Pete Lucovich, Jr. (Kay), Carthage; Patrick Ashley Lucovich (Arlene), Waynesboro; and Andy Lucovich (Lisa), Meridian; grandchildren, Lance Lucovich (Amy), Hernando; Anna Carol Lucovich, Flowood; Paul Lucovich, Laurel; Pamela McCaa (Quinton), Hattiesburg; Patrick Lucovich Jr., Waynesboro; Jessica Daves (Bryce), Memphis; Alli Mitchell (BB), Jackson; great-grandchildren, Landon Lucovich, Lofton Lucovich, Hernando; Jacob Wilson, Waynesboro; brothers, Joseph Lucovich, Frank Lucovich; sister, Mary Majetich (Bill); step-daughters, Jennifer Carr (David), Meridian, Dana Clements (Al), Gainesville, FL; step-grandchildren, Dave Carr (Heather), Jason Carr (Maegan), Shelby Shull (Trint), Charles Childs, Eric Childs (Becky), Daniel Harper, Erin Miller (Chad); and twenty step-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his first wife and mother of three sons, Mary Alice Gressett Lucovich; his parents, Joseph and Josephine Lucovich; granddaughter, Rebecca Ann Lucovich; siblings, John Lucovich, Marion Lucovich, Ruby Krchnavy, Rose Morrow, Elizabeth Logan, and Ann Schreckengost.

Pallbearers will be Bryce Daves, BB Mitchell, Jason Carr, Dave Carr, Eddie Laurent, and Eric Childs.

Honorary pallbearers are the Men’s Group Druid Hills United Methodist Church.
