Services for Rachel Agnew Ford will be held today at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Meridian, Mississippi, with Reverend Lynn Miller officiating. Burial will be at Baldwyn Cemetery in Baldwyn, MS with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Ford, 85, of Meridian, died Sunday December 13, 2009 at her residence. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Baldwyn Presbyterian Church. She graduated from Baldwyn High School and M.S.C.W.. Born and raised in Baldwyn, Mrs. Ford has been in Meridian for the past nine years. She is survived by her daughter, Nan Robinson and her husband Greg, of Meridian, two sons, Chip Ford and his wife Janice, of Greenwood, MS, and Tim Ford and his wife Kathy, of Jackson, Ms, Six grandchildren, Carrie Ford, Mitch Robinson, Morgan Robinson, Ken Ford, Sam Ford and Rachel Ford. Mrs. Ford was preceded in death by her husband John Mitchel Ford Sr., her brothers, Todd Agnew, Sam Hall Agnew, and one sister Georgia Hallas. The family requests memorials be made to your favorite charity. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 10-11 at Trinity Presbyterian Church.
