Ralph R. Germany Services for Ralph R. Germany will be held Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Trinity Presbyterian Church, with Dr. Tom Sikes officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Germany, 87, of Meridian died January 3, 2011, at Golden Living Center. He was born in Carthage, Mississippi and attended University Southern Mississippi before serving in the Navy where he was stationed at San Diego and San Francisco. After returning from the service he continued his education and graduated from Mississippi College. Mr. Germany was employed with GMAC for thirty five years and retired in 1986. After his retirement he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, doing yard work and attending church activities with friends. He was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church and served as an elder. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather. Survivors include his daughter Janna Denney of Meridian, and his granddaughter Hope Denney of Meridian. He was preceded in death by his wife of fifty years, Mary George Wise Germany; grandson Drew Denney; brother Randolph Germany and parents Dan and Lora Germany. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Trinity Presbyterian Church and/or Patrick Drew Denney Endowment Fund c/o Wells Fargo Bank, 2215 5th Street, Suite A, Meridian, MS 39301. Honorary pallbearers are The Session of Trinity Presbyterian Church and The Men's Breakfast Club.
