Retired Master Chief Richard F. Locke Services for Richard "Dick" Locke will be held Wed. at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of the Mediator, with The Reverend Helen Tester officiating. Internment will be in the Church of the Mediator Columbarium with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mr. Locke, 73, of Meridian, died Saturday, July 3, 2010 at Anderson Regional Medical Center. He was retired from the U.S. Navy after 32 years of service. He was a member of the Fleet Reserve Association. Mr. Locke was a member of The Church of the Mediator. Survivors include his wife, Audria Faye Locke of Meridian; sons, Chris Locke and his wife Ruthy of New Mexico, Kevin M. Locke and his wife Wanda of Meridian; daughters, Kelli Donovan of Oregon, Helen Welborn and her husband Roger of Meridian, Cindy Ward and her husband Mark of Meridian; grandchildren, Chad Locke, Vancheska Locke, DeShay Locke, Z Eric Locke, Carolyn Donovan, Wayne Welborn, Shelia Welborn, Kimberly Stephens, J.D. Welborn, Jonathan Powe, Nathan Powe, Sean Powe; great grandchildren, Aden, Delilah, Caleb, Adrianna, Arabella, Christian and Summer; mother in law, Lillie Ruth McDonald of Meridian; sister, Natalie Lee of Massachusetts .
