Mr. Carter, age 50, of Meridian passed away Saturday, April 22, 2017.
Mr. Carter was born August 12, 1966 in York, Alabama.
Survivors include his 3 sisters, Pamela McKinney of Meridian, MS, Rebecca Hearn, of Northport, FL, and Susan Gilmore of Northport, FL.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Peggy Nell Carter and Russell Carter.
