Richard "Dick" Main

Visitation for Richard Main will be held Sunday, June 5, 2016, from 5-7pm at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home. Services will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Home in Pendleton, Indiana. Visitation will be from 12:00pm-2:00pm prior to service. Burial will follow at Huntsville Cemetery in Huntsville, Indiana.

Mr. Main, 72, of Meridian, passed away June 3, 2016, at his home.

Richard was a Deacon at First Baptist Church in Marion and was a Mason. He loved old cars and enjoyed going to car shows and working to restore them. He was also a member of two car clubs in Meridian.  Richard retired from Delco Remy after thirty years. First and foremost, he loved the Lord and his family.

He is survived by his wife of fifty-three years, Jane Main; sons, Scott Main and Brent Main; grandchildren, Kandis (David) Stanley, Corey Main and Britny Main; four great-granddaughters; sister, Carolyn Chappell; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Jean Main.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to The Cancer Center, 1704 23rd Avenue Meridian, MS 39301.
