Services for Richard Greene Sessions, Jr. will be held Friday, July 20, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Father Frank Cosgrove officiating. Burial will be in Confederate Rest Cemetery, Point Clear, AL. Mr. Sessions, 56, of Meridian, died Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at his residence. He was born in Dothan, AL and lived in Meridian since 1961. Mr. Sessions was associated with his father in Spartan Building Supply. He earned the Eagle in the Boy Scouts. Mr. Sessions attended Baylor School in Chattanooga and Lamar School. He graduated from The University of Mississippi with a degree in business and later earned a degree in accounting from MS College. Mr. Sessions loved to hunt and he also loved his dogs. Survivors include his mother, Norma McKean Sessions of Meridian; brother, Scott Sessions of Meridian; uncle, George McKean and his wife Betsy of Montrose, AL.
