Rickey Harper

Funeral services for Rickey Harper will begin Monday, February 5, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Leslie Aucion officiating. Burial will follow at Freedom Baptist Church Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Harper, age 66, of Meridian, passed away Sunday, February 04, 2018 at Anderson Regional Medical Center.

Rickey was a member of Glad Tidings Pentecostal Holiness Church. He was a devoted family man and loved his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchild with all his heart.

He is survived by: wife of 47 years, Juanita Harper; daughter, Wendy Harper Donald (Eddie); son, Brian Harper (Dee Dee); grandchildren, Olivia and Grey Harper, Makayla Harper and Makena Donald; great grandchild, Carter Harper; siblings, Linda Thornton (Doyle), Victor Harper, Roger Harper (Tina), Mark Harper (Gayle) and Jeff Harper (Linda); sister-in-law, Pam Harper; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by: parents, Charles and Elizabeth Harper; and brother, Charlie Harper.

Pallbearers will be: Shon McBrayer, James “Skeeter” Dial, Kenny McGowin, Grey Harper, Clay Harper and Jeremy Stewart.
