Robert Earl (Bo) Green

Graveside services for Robert Earl (Bo) Green will be held Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery, with Brother Marty Harper officiating. Burial will be at Forest Lawn with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Green, age 72, of Meridian went to be with the Lord Friday, February 23, 2018 at his home, after a long time with cancer.

Bo retired from plant Sweat after 25 years of service. He loved watching the 700 Club and contributed to the Saint Jude Hospital. Bo especially loved his dog, Lady.

Survivors include his brothers, Harold Green (Nancy), and Sonny Green; sisters, Marylon Lay, and Betty Miller; brother-in-law, Gerald McCary, and Mike Whitlock; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold B. and Hazel W. Green; brother, Tommy Green; sisters, Carolyn McCary, and Ann Whitlock.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or the 700 Club at The Christian Broadcasting Network, 977 Centerville Turnpike, Virginia Beach, VA 23463.

The family would like to thank the Harper Hospice for all their help and his caretaker, his brother, Harold G. Green.
