Robert L. Owsley Services for Robert L. (Bob) Owsley will be held Monday, July 26 at 1:00 pm at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. A.M. Mansfield officiating. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Mr.Owsley, 76, of Quitman MS died Thursday, July 22, 2010 at Baptist Hospital, in Jackson Miss. Mr. Owsley was a Veteran of the United States Air Force where he proudly served in Korea and He also served in Vietnam as a civilian contractor. He was also a retired electrician. Mr. Owsley was a member of Abundant Life Tabernacle. Survivors include his wife, Barbara J. Owsley, of Quitman. Daughters Jackie Currie and husband Lee, of Hattiesburg. Sissie Buteux and husband Randy, of Lawrence. Jimmie Winham and husband Keith, of Flowood. Tommie Furey and husband John, of Vicksburg. Tonie Goodin and husband Curtis Luke, of Madison Grandchildren, Robbie Boswell, Randy Boswell, Ryan Buteux, Brian Winham, Becky Nelson and husband, Bryce, Cameron Furey and Ella Goodin; Great Grandchildren, Gage Buteux, Allyssa Buteux, Ashley Grace Buteux, Briar and Brooks Nelson; Brother, Edward Owsley, of Dyersburg TN, Sisters, Ruth Earp, of Dyersburg TN, Lois Holden, husband, Herbert, Bristol Tenn, Linda Ticer, husband, Bob of Sun City TX, Glenda Day, husband, Devan of Dyersburg, TN and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Owsley is preceded in death by his Grandson, Ashley Buteux, his parents, Rebecca and John Owsley.
