Robert L. Scott

Graveside Services for Mr. Robert L. Scott will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at the Mississippi Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Newton, MS with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Scott, 81, of Meridian, passed away, Friday, January 12, 2018 at Rush Foundation Hospital of Meridian.

Mr. Robert was a lineman for EMEPA until his retirement.

Mr. Scott is survived by his daughter, Kristin Mayatt and her husband Cliff; Son, Van Scott and his wife Lisa. Grandchildren, Hallie Mayatt, Railey Mayatt, Elise Vincent and her husband Clay. Sister, Hazel Henley and her husband Jimmy as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ted Z. and Blanche Scott; brothers, Roy Scott, Dennis Scott, and Carl Scott.
