Private graveside services for Robyn McCarra Holloman will be at Bethany Baptist Church on Wednesday, May 6th, 2020 with Reverend Joey Shelton officiating. Interment will follow graveside rites. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Robyn McCarra Holloman, 38, of Meridian, Mississippi passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2020.

Robyn was born into a large family surrounded by lots of aunts, uncles and cousins.  She attended Saint Patrick Elementary School, Magnolia Middle School and Meridian High School.  As a young child, Robyn spent her days chasing her brothers and older cousins around.  She had a “bubbly” personality, she was easy to be around and she was loved by all!  She had a contagious laugh and an unforgettable smile, the “McCarra smile”.  Up until her last days, she stood up for what was right and always supported the underdog.  She was creative, she was artistic, she loved children and teaching, and most of all, she was an AMAZING mother.  Four boys so different but they all loved their Mama.  Trey, the responsible one, Taylor, the social one, Aiden, the sweet one and Avery, the funny one.   Anyone that has ever met Dusty knows that his laid back, good ole boy personality was a perfect fit for firecracker Robyn.  She LOVED working at Southeast Elementary School where she was surrounded by so many friends.  She would only refer to her sisters-in-laws as “sisters” and charged them with taking care of her brothers.  She LOVED and admired her brothers.  She and Dusty were also very active at Bethany Baptist Church.  Robyn loved the Lord and shared her faith openly & regularly.  We can all be at peace knowing that she most definitely heard the words, “Well done, good & faithful servant”!  She was good, she was faithful & she served the Lord.

Survivors include her Husband, Dusty Holloman; Children, Trey and Taylor Posey and Aiden and Avery Holloman; Parents, Sonny and Gayle McCarra; Brothers Bryan McCarra (Karen) and Bryce McCarra (Haley); In-laws, Terry and Kathy Holloman; Brother-in-law, Berry (Bethany).  Robyn had 9 nieces and nephews; Mason, Madison, Landon, Hayes, Reece, Lyla, Kyle, Tyler and Ryleigh.  Aunts and Uncles include Robert Stockton, Anne and Glen Reed, Jimmy and Tracy Stockton, Pat and Jim Oldham, Peggy and Harold Johnston, Pansy and Joe Mosby, Kathy Scarbrough and Scott McCarra.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Andy and Carryl Stockton; grandparents, Rufus and Virgie McCarra; Aunt, Karen Stockton Wallace and Cousin, Cain Johnson.
