Funeral services for Roger Clark Henderson will be held Sunday, August 20, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Jack Giles officiating. Burial will be at Daleville Methodist Church Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Roger Henderson, age 78, of Meridian passed away Friday, August 18 at his home.
He was a member of Daleville Methodist Church. Also, he was the owner of Henderson Steel Corporation, a member of the Bulldog Club of Mississippi State University, and a loving father and grandfather.
He is survived by his daughters, Lois Ann Henderson of New Orleans, LA, and Lisa Walker of Collinsville, MS; grandchildren, Leigh Ann Walker, Roger Walker (Brandi), Matthew Walker, and Drew Samson, all of Meridian, MS; great grandchildren, Zach, Emily, Logan, and Abbie Kate; many nieces and nephews; and brother, James Hurdle Henderson of Meridian, MS.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Cliff Henderson and Allyne Kirk Henderson; siblings, Ann Oubre, Carolyn Sanders, and Cliff Henderson, Jr.
Pallbearers will be, Kirk Sanders, Scott Sanders, Rusty Warden, Chris Oubre, Ray Davidson, and Ned McCormick. Honorary pallbearers will be Bill Oubre and Tom Warden.
