Ron Stephenson Funeral service for Ron Stephenson will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2014, at 2:30 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Mike Everett officiating. Burial will be at Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Stephenson, 71, of Meridian passed away on Wednesday, October 1, 2014, at Anderson Regional Medical Center. Mr. Stephenson was a graduate of University of Mississippi. He was a pharmacist and he owned, with his partners Bill Bell and Dr. Larry Morris, Macon City Drug Store and the Stonewall Pharmacy. He was a former President of the Meridian Jaycees and was active with the Gideons International. Survivors include his daughter, Jennifer Stephenson of Meridian; son, Christian Stephenson and wife Amber of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi and grandson, Alex Stephenson Pergament of Massachusetts. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lynn Stephenson and step-son Greg Stephenson. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Gideons International.
