Funeral services for Mr. Ronald Grayson will be held Friday, March 22, 2024 at 12:30pm, at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with Reverend Cheryl Farr officiating. Burial will follow at Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the funeral arrangements.

Mr. Grayson, 89, of Meridian passed away on Friday, March 15, 2024 at Poplar Springs Nursing Center.

Mr. Grayson was a gentle and humble man, who had a strong belief in the Lord. He was a very dedicated member of Druid Hills Methodist Church as long as he was able to attend. He was Veteran of the U.S. Navy, who loved serving his Country. Mr. Grayson loved the people and city of Meridian. He had many special friends at Aldersgate Retirement Community including, John and Pat Maloney. A fond memory that was recently discovered was that one of his favorite places to visit was the downtown branch of Citizens National Bank. Mrs. Sandra and Diane honored him with a birthday party at one point. Mr. Grayson was a big fan of sports. He loved reading the daily sports stats in the newspaper. He was especially fond of Meridian's first minor league baseball team and was always proud to share the information regarding that.

Survivors include cousins: Harry Lynch, Arnold Lynch, Terry Lynch, Nic Lynch, Todd Lynch, Pam Lynch, Gay Lynch, Sonya McNair, many other cousins and extended family members.

Mr. Grayson is preceded in death by parents: Austin and Margorie Grayson; cousins, Steve Lynch, Byron Lynch, and Denise Lynch.

The family would like to thank Aldersgates Retirement Community, Hospice Compassus and Amanda Satcher, along with Pastor Kenneth Owen and Marsha Hannah.
