Ronald "Ronnie" Posey

A graveside service for Mr. Ronnie Posey will be held Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Lockhart Cemetery with Rev. Gary Briden officiating.  Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangments.

Ronald "Ronnie" Patrick Posey, age 78, of Toomsuba, MS, passed away Thursday, October 31, 2024, at Baptist Anderson Regional Medical Center.

Ronnie never liked to sit still. You could always find him hunting, fishing, or playing his instruments. He always had his dog Heidi by his side.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Julia Lynn Posey, mother; Nina Mae Posey, brothers; David Posey (Linda), Ricky Posey (Rhonda), and Delmer Posey (Leslie) and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father Reuben Posey, sisters; Cindy Brantly and Shelia Yates.

Memorial donations may be made to Lockhart Cemetery.
