Funeral services for Ron Smith will be held Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 12:00 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. Steven Mazzaferro officiating. Burial will be at Mississippi Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Ron Smith, age 77, of Meridian passed away Sunday, December 1, 2019 at Specialty Hospital of Meridian.

Survivors include his wife, Judith Smith; children, Ronald Smith, Jr. (Ingrid), Andrew Smith (Melinda), Debra Talley (Daniel), Thomas Heblon and Matthew Heblon; 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; siblings, Elaine Cole (Doug), Elmer Smith (Linda), and Richard Smith; 4 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Martha Smith and daughter, Eileen Clay.

Pallbearers will be his grandsons, Sam Talley, Jonathon Smith, Austin Smith and church members, Kelly Miller, Dennis Florreich and George Meyers.
