Ruby Wallace Roberson Funeral service for Ruby Wallace Roberson will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Marvin Cooper and Reverend Frankie Boyette officiating. Burial will be in the Water Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery in Whynot. Mrs. Roberson, 90, of the Whynot Community passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2014, at North Pointe Rehabilitation. Mrs. Roberson was retired from Vanity Fair garment factory after twenty-five years. She was a godly mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She loved to garden and shop but she was best known for being a great cook. She is survived by her children, Betty Anne Manasco (Buddy), Jimmy Roberson (Sandy), Anita Whittington (Jerry) and Frankie Beckham (Harry); eleven grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; five sisters, two brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jamie Roberson and grandchildren, Terry Clark, Jr. Gidget Roberson and Sam Beckham. Pallbearers will be Bruce Clark, Wesley Clark, Adam Clark, Josh Clark, Everette Roberson, Danny Roberson, Brad Phillips and Haydn Thomas.
