A memorial service for Ruth Holley will be held Monday, September 8, 2025, at 11:30 AM at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Rivers officiating. Graveside service to follow at Mississippi Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Newton at 1:00 PM. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Mrs. Ruth Holley, age 78 of Meridian passed away Sunday, August 31, 2025, at Woodhaven Manor in Demopolis Alabama.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Henry Holley; children, Gini Hand (Jim), Juli Carney, Hank Holley (Brandy), and Brad Holley (Heather); grandchildren, Ian Hand, Caroline Hand, Seth Carney, Brooke Carney, Ashton Carney, Cayden Robson, Trip Holley, Bradford Holley, and Emma Holley; one great-grandson; siblings, Minnie Porch, Richard Vanlandingham, and Jerry Vanlandingham, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by parents, Pete and Ann Vanlandingham; brother, Elliott Vanlandingham.
