Ruth L. Hoy There will be a private family graveside service for Ruth L. Hoy with Dr. Tom Sikes officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Hoy, age 89, of Meridian, passed away Sunday, June 1, 2014 at Bedford Care. Survivors include her daughter, Phyllis Nuckolls and husband, Paul; grandchildren, Alexa Marcello and husband, Walt, Alex Shields, III and wife, Terie, and Ashley Harper and husband, Tony, all of Meridian; and six great-grandchildren.
