Services for Ruthie J. Null will be held Monday, July 22, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Long Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Null, age 67, of Meridian, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at her residence. She formerly worked at Dennison National and also for Cooper Tire in Tupelo. She had a zest for life. God broke the mold when He made her. She loved to sing and had a dazzling smile that could light up the room. She will be greatly missed by all. Survivors include her husband, George Null, Sr.; daughter, Candace S. Hochmeister; son, Keith Scarbrough; stepsons, George Null, Jr., Clay Null, and Jonathon Null; grandchildren, Erica, Caleb, Jacob, Olivia, Ireland, Madelyn, Cameryn, Eliza Jane, Miles, Julia, and Jonathon; numerous nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Kathy Null; brother-in-law, Tommy Null; and her beloved dog, Katie. She was preceded in death by her son "Little Danny" Scarbrough; father, Ernest R. Couch, Sr.; mother, Lucille D. Couch; brothers, Richard R. Couch and Ernest R. Couch, Jr.; and sisters, Mary Allen, Peggy Hitchock, and Dottie Stoddard. Visitation will be held Sunday, July 21, 2013, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
