Sandra "T-Bird" Stone

A celebration of life service for Sandra Stone will be held Friday, January 20, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. at Coker’s Chapel UMC with Jerry Whitener officiating.

Mrs. Stone, 66, of Meridian, passed away January 13, 2017 at Bedford Care Center in Marion.

Sandra was a generous woman who would give you the shirt off her back. She was an honest friend, which meant she would likely tell you truthfully what she thought. She will be remembered as a loving wife, a great mother, and wonderful friend.

Sandra is survived by her husband, Wiley Stone; son, Dex Stone; sisters, Recie Green, Linda Buckalew, Shirley Price, and Amy Pope, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Curtis “Pops” and Frances “Toots” Rawson.
