Sara Ainsworth

Graveside services for Mrs. Sara Ainsworth will begin at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2018 at Daleville Methodist Church Cemetery with Brother Hertle Henderson officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be entrusted with arrangements.

Mrs. Ainsworth, 90, of Daleville, passed away Saturday, July 21, 2018 at John C. Stennis Hospital of DeKalb.

Mrs. Ainsworth was a registered nurse and retired from Rush Foundation Hospital with Dr. Greer. Mrs. Ainsworth was also a veteran of World War II. She had a caring heart and loved serving others; especially her church family as well as her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Hamilton; grandchildren, Dara Davis (Jim), David Hamilton, Dan Spivey, and Ben Hamilton. Six great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ed Ainsworth; son, Oliver Spivey.
