Sara Lucy Buckley Graveside services for Sara Buckley will be held Monday, January 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Chunky Cemetery, with Reverend Lyn Nations officiating. Burial will be in Chunky Cemetery, with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Buckley, 77, of Meridian, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2014, at Andersons Hospital. Sara was a member of Calvary Baptist Church for 77 years. For thirty years, she was the owner of Buckley Electric. She loved antiques, and was a lifetime collector. Sara was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and will greatly missed. Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Jeff A. Buckley; daughter, Leisa Buckley Follett; son, Jim (Shirley) Buckley; grandchildren, Adam (Rebecca) Follett; Jake Follett, Joshua Buckley, and great-grandson, Jack Follett; grandchildren, Phillip (Jennifer) Barham, Cooper Barham, and Carter Barham. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Wilma Brantley Lucy; brothers, Stennis Lucy and Eugene Lucy. The family requests memorials be made to charity of your choice.
