Sara Louise Bounds Cullum

Funeral services for Mrs. Sara Louise Bounds Cullum will begin at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 19, 2018 with Rev. Bob Followell officiating. Interment will follow at West Kemper Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mrs. Cullum, 85, of Meridian, passed away at her residence Sunday, September 16, 2018.
Mrs. Sara loved to cook for family and friends when ever possible; in her spare time, she enjoyed fishing and crocheting. She was affectionately known as “MeMe” by her five grandsons, and five great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Sara is survived by her husband of over 69 years, Curtis Cullum; daughters, Janie Pennebaker (Sam), Janice Moore (Tim), Joyce Rivers (Bruce). Grandsons, Matt Singley (Alisha), Ross Moore, David Pennebaker (Tara), Bryan Rivers, and Brent Rivers and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a host of friends nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Grady and Bertha Bounds; two brothers, Glen Bounds and Kenneth Bounds.

Family request memorials be made to The American Cancer Society or to the MS Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.

Pallbearers will be David Pennebaker, Matt Singley, Ross Moore, Bryan Rivers, Brent Rivers and James Jenkins.
