Scott Allen Main

Visitation for Mr. Scott Main will be on Monday, February 23, 2026, at Robert Barham Family Funeral from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A second visitation for his Indiana family and friends will also be held Friday, February 27, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bozell Funeral Home, Pendleton, Indiana.

Scott Allen Main, 61, of Meridian, MS, passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2026.

Scott was born and raised in Pendleton, Indiana, graduating from Pendleton Heights High School in 1983 where he met his first wife and the mother of his two children.

He then moved to Meridian, MS taking a job at Structural Steel. He then started driving a Semi Truck for many different companies. Scott then went back to school at East Central Community College to earn an associate's degree in Diesel Mechanics achieving the Dean's and President's list. After graduation, he immediately went to work for Waters International as a Diesel Mechanic. While at Waters International he earned his Master Mechanics Certification on bus and truck. He loved his job.

His hobbies included SCCA Motorcross Racing, drag racing, working on his car projects, watching Anime, and heavy metal music. His most loved hobby was being "Papaw" to his granddaughters, and spending time with all of his family. The last few years his role of primary caregiver to his mother brought them closer together.

Scott was baptized at First Baptist Church of Marion, MS, setting a milestone of faith later in his life.

He is survived by his children; Kandis Stanley (David) and Corey Main (Nicole), his mother Jane Main, brother; Brent Main, granddaughters, Kaidra Stanley (Evan Mills), Kassidy Stanley, Corly Ludwig, Adalynne Main, Kharlee Stanley, and Zay'Laa Riley, niece, Britny Main (Jesse Pitman) and his Waters International work family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Main and his paternal and maternal grandparents.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association.
