Rev. Bill Webb, 93, of Meridian, MS, died away Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at The Orchard in Ridgeland, MS.

Mrs. Senita Wilson Webb, 91, of Meridian, MS, died Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at The Orchard in Ridgeland, MS.

Senita was born and grew up in Union, MS. Known for her beautiful piano playing, she started at a young age playing at the Methodist Church in Union, Ms and later at Pine Grove Church of God in Dixon, MS. She attended East Central Junior College in Decatur, MS before moving to Nashville and graduating with a Music Degree from Peabody College for Teachers. Later she completed a Masters in Counseling from Mississippi State. Within a week of her college graduation from Peabody, she married her dear love, Bill Webb and moved to Kentucky where he was in seminary and she taught English. She served as the choir director at his church there and in their church in Ohio. She also served as choir director at Midway Baptist Church for many years while he pastored there. She wrote in her compilation of Midway memories that "My goal was not to worship music, but that thru music and fellowship and service together we could better worship him who put music in our heart. I hope I left some lights on for those precious friends and fellow travelers who supported agonized, sang, worked, prayed, and helped me to grow in the Lord in our wonderful years together here at Midway-some lights that have hopefully helped light the way to Jesus. Her sincerest hope was that all would come to know the love of Jesus." She shared that love wherever she was including mission trips to India, Japan, the Philippines and Africa. Every caregiver she had more recently, learned of her love for Jesus. At a recent hospital stay she had a half dozen residents and attending doctors singing "Jesus Loves Me" to her in her room. Her daughters appreciate the many prayers, food, and visits by family, friends and their dear neighbors especially during the past two years of health challenges. The many caregivers from Servants Heart, Covenant Caregivers, The Rose Garden at the Orchard, and Arden Hospice were most helpful.

Bro. Bill and Mrs. Senita are survived by their daughters, Dr. Twila Webb Rawson (Ken) and Dr. Risa Webb Aleithawe (Imad); Seven grandchildren, Tyler Massingale, Emily Massingale Omari (Kuwasi), Seph Aleithawe (Hali), Ghaith Aleithawe (Lina), Karrie Womack (Paul), Paul Rawson (Amanda), and Kassie Rawson; and their 11 great grandchildren. Senita is survived by one brother-in-law, John Burkes; and her niece, Kandy Burkes Murphy; 6 great nieces, as well as numerous extended family members.

Mrs. Senita is preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Zelma Wilson; her sisters Sherry Burkes and Judy Jones; her brother-in-law, William Jones; and her nephew, Billy Jones.
