Shirley Owens, age 70, of Toomsuba passed away Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Rush Foundation Hospital. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. A memorial will be held at a later date.

Shirley finished high school and then became a stay at home mom, raising her daughter, Dee.  She was blessed to be the grandmother of four grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter Frances (Dee) Stanwood and son-in-law, Jayson Stanwood and her four grandchildren, Brandy Sciple, Bernece Sciple, Brittany Sciple, and Bethany Sciple.
