Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Patel, age 88, of Meridian, passed away Monday, July 14, 2014 at her home. She will be remembered as a devoted loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Survivors include her husband of 75 years, Dr. Bhaktibhai K. Patel of Meridian; sons, Chhotalal B. Patel of Meridian, Kaushik B. Patel of Tuscaloosa, AL, and Bharat B. Patel of Laurel, MS; daughters, Manjuben M. Patel of California, Bhanuben Y. Patel of Atlanta, GA, Sudhaben K. Patel of Brandon, MS, Kundan D. Patel of Montgomery, AL, and Surekha M. Patel of Ridgeland, MS; twenty-two grandchildren; six great grandchildren; sister, Kamuben M.
