Stanley Frazier, Jr.

Graveside Services for Mr. Stanley Frazier, Jr will begin at 10:00 AM Monday, April 8, 2024, at Arkadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery with Bro. Keith Lovett officiating. Interment will follow graveside rites. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Frazier, 83, of Bailey, died Thursday, April 4, 2024, at Baptist Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian.

Stanley loved Southern Gospel Music. He sang lead for over 30 years with The Disciples Quartet and with Glory Bound Quartet. His love of leading others in worship through song was his joy. He was also the owner and operator of East Mississippi Blow Pipe from 1978 until 2000. In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening and sharing the fruits of his labor with his family and friends. Mr. Frazier was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Marion.

Mr. Stanley is survived by his wife of over 63 years, Peggy Frazier; daughter, Joyce Sylvester (Tony); grandchildren Jessica Stokes (Jeffrey) and Justin Sylvester (Malorie) Great-Grandchildren, Landon Lewis, Slayden Stokes, Sawyer Stokes, Silas Sylvester, and Addy Sylvester, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Mr. Frazier is preceded in death by his son, William Frazier; his parents, Stanley Frazier, Sr., and Audie Mae Frazier; and his sister, Shirley Frazier Heblon.
