Stevie Albanese

Stevie Albanese, who would have celebrated his 61st birthday on March 10, passed away on March 1, 2025, at Baptist Anderson Regional Medical Center. Stevie was a beloved son, brother, and friend who will be remembered for his quick wit, humor, and passion for sports..

He was preceded in death by his mother, Irene (Reny) Beckman; his father, James Albanese; and his stepfather, DL Beckman. He is survived by his brothers, Scott (Darlene) Albanese and Keith Albanese, niece Jamie Williamson (Russell), great niece Campbell Williamson, great nephew Baylor Williamson, Aunt Linda Buckalew, Aunt Betty Gibson, Aunt Carolyn (Mickey) Vick, along with a host of cousins.

A lifelong sports enthusiast, Stevie's love for Ole Miss was unwavering. He found immense joy on the golf course, spending countless hours playing rounds with his friends and family. His laughter, loyalty, and spirited conversations about sports will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service to celebrate Stevie's life will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at Barham Family Funeral Home. His memorial service will be from 5 pm to 7 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to a charity of your choice in Stevie's memory.
