Sutter Ann Phillips

Ms. Phillips, age 69, of Lisman, Alabama passed away Monday, April 10, 2017 at Anderson Regional Medical Center.
She retired after 30 years as a special education teacher in the Tuscaloosa and Birmingham areas.
She is survived by her sisters, Jane Osborn and Sherry Collier (Mark); sister-in-law, Hallie Phillips; nieces, Heather Clay (Carter), McCall Waller (Kyle), Hallie Majure Phillips, Ann Marie Osborn, and Meg Collier; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, J.B. “Shorty” and Gertrude Phillips; brother, John Houston Phillips; and nieces, Leah Osborn and Shea Osborn.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
