Sybil Salter Warren Services for Sybil Salter Warren will be held Sunday, September 8, 2013, 2:00 p.m. at Corinth Baptist Church in Damascus, Mississippi. Burial will follow at Damascus Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Sybil Salter Warren of Birmingham, Alabama passed away early morning on September 4, 2013, at her daughter's home in Trussville, Alabama. She was born in Kemper County, Mississippi on December 6, 1923. Mrs. Warren moved to Birmingham in 1961. She enjoyed teaching in children's Sunday School for many years and she also loved her Women's Missionary Union Organization and served faithfully at Lakewood Baptist Church. She is survived by her children; Tim Warren, Jennifer (Jerry) Bain, Kay Birdwell, (Jerry). Randall Warren (Paula) and sister Eunice Lunch McKay. She was a loving grandmother of nine and a great- grandmother of twenty one and a great- great- grandmother of three. She was preceded in death by her husband Kelly Warren.
