Funeral services for Thellis I. Munn will be held Friday, December 11, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jeff Myers officiating. Burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery in Newton County on Highway 494.

Mrs. Munn, age 100, of Meridian, passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at Bedford Care Center.

She retired as a nurse from Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Fifteenth Avenue Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Munn; son, Jack R. Munn; and brother, Lanier Huddleston.

Survivors include her grandchildren, Jeffrey R. Munn and Starla Brown; sisters, Ann Allen, Evelyn Fortier, and Jonnie Clogher; and numerous nieces and nephews.
