Thomas Claude "T.C." Vincent

Funeral services for Mr. Thomas Claude Vincent will be held Friday, February 16, 2018, at 11:30am at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home, with Reverend James Gordon officiating. Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Vincent, age 100, of Meridian passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2018, at Anderson Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Vincent was a Veteran, serving his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service. He was also a member of Cathedral Assembly of God.

Survivors include his wife of sixty-six years, Coleene Alsup Vincent; daughter, Teri Purvis (Edwin); son, Tony Vincent (Linda), Tommy Vincent (Linda); grandchildren, Michael Purvis (Ann Carol), Scott Vincent (Lesley), Todd Purvis (Stacy), Stephanie Kelleher (Adrian), John Vincent (Becky), Karen Bush (Doug), and Steven Purvis (Stephanie); numerous great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Pink Moore Vincent; brothers, Cecil Vincent, Morris Vincent, and Nelson Vincent; and one sister, Eileen McGuire.

Pallbearers will be Mr. Vincent’s grandsons.
