Thomas M. Johnson Mr. Thomas Johnson, 72, of Meridian passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at Anderson Regional Medical Center. He was the Assistant Executive Director of Riley Hospital from 1994 until 1999. Mr. Johnson was a past member of the Meridian Exchange Club and he also planned and scheduled concerts for the St. Paul's Chamber Series for thirteen years. Survivors include his wife, Judith; daughters, Kristin Clouser and husband, Bob, Karin Berthiaume and husband, Greg of Lunenburg, MA; son, Kristofer Johnson and wife, Janine of Exeter, NH and grandchildren, Amanda and Andy Clouser and Alexandra and Emma Berthiaume.
