Thomas "Tom" Waters, Sr.

A memorial service for Mr. Tom Waters will be held Sunday, December 30, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home, with Bro. Michael Wells and Jimmy Andress officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. Waters, age74, of Meridian passed away on December 27, 2018 at Anderson Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Waters worked for Smith Bakery for eighteen years. He enjoyed coaching youth football and baseball, drawing, spending time with his grandchildren, and watching football.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Sarah “Lynn” Waters; son, Tommy Waters, Jr.; grandchildren, Megan Fuller (Cody), Libby Kate Waters, Phinn Waters, and Mamie Waters; great-grandchildren, Linley Fuller, Ridge Fuller, and Ada Fuller.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Corrine Waters and his daughter, Cindy Waters.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the National Stroke Association and/or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
