Tommie Boyette

Funeral services for Mrs. Tommie Boyette will begin at 12 Noon Friday, August 12, 2022 at Carmel Baptist Church with the Reverend Dr. Joe Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

Mrs. Boyette, 78, of Meridian, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Sunday, August 7, 2022 at Wisteria Manor in Clarke County.

Mrs. Tommie was a faithful servant of Christ, serving in the nursery, teaching Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, and serving with WMU among many other roles in the church. She loved caring for her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who lovingly called her Nana. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and reading in her spare time. She was a loving pastor’s wife for over 50 years.

Mrs. Boyette is survived by her children, Cindy Null (Todd), Greg Boyette (Karen), and Courtney Waggoner (Ron); grandchildren, Katie Null, Matthew Boyette, and Madison Waggoner. Great-grandchildren, Alexis Null and Atlas Null; her sister, Linda Holloman, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Mrs. Tommie is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Reverend Frankie Boyette; her parents Thomas and Luella Boyette; her grandson Joshua Null.

The Boyette family suggests memorials be made as donations to Ebenezer Ministries, 9475 Highway 493, Bailey, Mississippi 39320 in lieu of flowers.
