Funeral services for Mr. Tommy Henderson will begin at 11:00 AM Thursday, May 8, 2025, at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with Bro. Chris Gully officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Methodist Church Cemetery in Kemper County, MS. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements. Tommy Dale Henderson, age 60, of Meridian, MS passed away Saturday, May 3, 2025, at his home. Tommy graduated from Clarkdale High School in 1983, and then immediately enlisted in the United States Army. After basic training, he went to Army Ranger School at Fort Benning, Georgia. Becoming an Army Ranger was one of his proudest accomplishments. He was stationed in Hawaii and from there he was deployed around the world. Tommy was an avid deer hunter and enjoyed sharing that love with his family. NASCAR racing was another of Tommy's passions and his favorite driver was Dale Earnhardt. But first and foremost, Tommy's love was his family. He is survived by his children, Matthew Henderson (Vanessa) and Megan Henderson; the mother of his children, Olivia Henderson Bosarge; sister, Melanie McQuaig; niece, Jessica McQuaig Parten; nephews, Grant Henderson (Rachel), Kyle Henderson (Cheyenne), and Jace Henderson. He was preceded in death by his parents Parker and Viola Henderson; brothers, Jerry Henderson and Steven Henderson; niece, Alicia Henderson; and nephew, Hunter McQuaig.
