Tully Joe Fanning Funeral services for Tully Joe Fanning will be held Saturday, April 11, 2015, at 1:00 pm, in the chapel at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home, with Father Francis Cosgrove officiating. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery, with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Fanning, age 88, of Meridian, passed away April 7 at his home. Mr. Fanning retired from Ma Bell Telephone Company in Long Island, NY after 36 years. He served in the Navy during WWII, and met his future wife while on leave in Coney Island. He is survived by his children, Jacki Riley, Tully Joe Fanning, Jr., Jill (Wayne) Prater, and Judy Rabb; his grandchildren, Roberta Vaughn, Joey Vaughn, Wayne (Jacqueline) Prater II, Cody Joe (Jennifer) Prater; and one great-great-grandchild, Kodi Prater. He's also survived by his beloved dog, Cooney. He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Catherine Fanning. Family and friends may sign the online guestbook at robertbarhamffh.com.
