Vivian McKie Services for Vivian McKie will be held Saturday, February 5, 2011 at 1:00 at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel , Dr. Larry H. Hilliard officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Ms McKie, of Meridian, passed away Thursday, February 3, 2011 at her residence. She was born in Lyons, GA in 1933. Ms. McKie spent the majority of her life in Charleston, SC. She relocated to Meridian in 2005 to be close to her family. While in Meridian,she joined Poplar Springs Drive Methodist Church where she remained active until her death. Surviving family members include her children, Linda Bacon of Vidalia, Ga., Charles McKie and his wife Trish of Birmingham, AL, Michelle Pearson and her husband Dr. Eric Pearson of Meridian; grandchildren, Sheila Rivers, Candice Payton of Vidalia Ga., Chelsea, Conner and Carson McKie of Birmingham, AL, Katie and Ben Pearson of Meridian; great-grandchildren, Harley, Amber and Cassie Rivers of Vidalia, GA.
