Walter F. Calhoun, Jr. Services for Walter F. Calhoun, Jr. will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Mark Cloys will be officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Calhoun, 87, of Meridian died Sunday, December 25, 2011 at Anderson Regional Medical Center. Mr. Calhoun retired from Roadway after forty four years of service. Survivors include his daughters Teresa Mathis and her husband Sammy of Meridian, Bonnie Keeble of Hixson, Tennessee; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters Libby Arrowood of Cartersville, Georgia, Francis Mathis of Rossville, Georgia and Helen Long, Newman, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his wife Virginia Kathryn Calhoun and a daughter Ellen Joles.
