Wanda Johnson Haguewood A Memorial Service for Wanda Johnson Haguewood will be held Wednesday, July 6, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, with Reverend Luther Ott officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul's Columbarium with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Haguewood, 88, of Meridian died Thursday, June 30, 2011, at Pine Pointe Hospice of Central Georgia in Macon, Georgia. She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and she loved her church and its members. She was also a member of the Twentieth Century Heritage Club and was very active in the community. Mrs. Haguewood loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She also enjoyed gardening, visiting with her neighbors, cooking, and entertaining. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. Survivors include her daughter Telsa Stokes and her husband Kimbel of Forsyth, Georgia; her grandchildren Dustin Stokes of Decatur, Georgia, Tripp Johnson and his wife Lindsay of Atlanta Georgia, Eric Johnson and his wife Sarah of Statesboro, Georgia, and step-grandson Scott Stokes and his wife Kristi of Pine Mountain Valley, Georgia; great- grandchildren Mia and Eli Johnson of Atlanta, Georgia, Charlotte Johnson of Statesboro, Georgia and Garrett and Anslee Stokes of Pine Mountain Valley, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents A. O. Johnson and Vee Chilcoat Johnson, her sisters, Faye J. Gray and Elizabeth J. Motley and her nephew Bill Bishop. The family requests that memorials be made to St. Paul's Episcopal Church or Pine Pointe Hospice of Central Georgia.
