Services for William L. "Billy" Alexander will be held Monday July 23, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Providence Baptist Church in Little Rock, MS with Reverend Curt Pace and Jackie Strebeck officiating. Burial will be in Providence Baptist Church Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Alexander 65, of Suqualena Community, died Saturday, July 21, 2012 at Infinity Hospice. Mr. Alexander was a U. S. Air Force and Vietnam veteran where he served as a Military Policeman. He was employed by Flintkote, Avery Dennison, and Mississippi Department of Transportation. He was a lifetime member of Providence Baptist Church. He loved to fish, garden, play dominoes, and mostly spend time with his family. Survivors include his sons, William Leslie Alexander, II and wife Tonya, of Suqualena , Jason Alexander and wife Penny of Collinsville; grandchildren, Eli Alexander, Stone Alexander, Ira Alexander, Roxanne Alexander, Wade Alexander, and J.T. Rodgers; brothers, Sidney Alexander of Suqualena, Sammy Alexander and wife, Joyce of Centerhill Community, and Jimmy Alexander of Collinsville; sister, Janet Alexander Pac and husband, Joe of Centerhill Community; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, I. B. and Grace Mabry Alexander; and infant son, Marvin I.B. Alexander. Family request in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Providence Baptist Church Cemetery Fund. Visitation will be held Sunday 3:00 5:00 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home and 30 minutes before service at Church on Monday
