William "Bill" R. Walker, Jr. Celebration services for William "Bill" R. Walker, Jr. will be held Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Highland Baptist Church, with Dr. Carl White officiating Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Walker, 67, of Collinsville, MS passed away Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Anderson Regional Medical Center. Mr. Walker was an active member of Highland Baptist Church and a softball, football, and basketball official for public and private schools. He was owner/operator of Captain D's from 1997 to 2009. Bill was an avid University of Kentucky fan and loved to fish, play golf, and cook. He loved his Lord, church, wife, family and friends, especially his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Karen Lynn Walker of Collinsville; son, William R. Walker, III and wife, Vickie of Conyers, GA; daughters, Jessica Grace Walker of Meridian and Jennifer Ruth Robison and husband Steve of Collinsville; grandchildren, Zachary Kash Walker, Army Ranger E3 of Fort Benning, GA, Shelby Lynn Robison, Sara Grace Robison, and Steven Lee Walker Robison all of Collinsville, sister, Joyce Smith of Manchester, KY; brother, Joe Walker and wife Willene of Lavonia, GA; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by parents, Ralph Walker and Sallie Walker and older brother, Lane Walker.
