William R. Fisher, Jr. Funeral services for William Fisher, Jr. will be held Monday, December 1, 2014, at 11:00am in the chapel of Robert Barham Family Funeral Home, with Reverend Earl Wheatley officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Garden. Mr. Fisher, 81, of Meridian, passed away on Tuesday, November 25, at his home. William was a member of Northpark Church. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and served in the Korean War. Survivors include his daughters, Beverly McLelland and Lisa Eakes and her husband, John; grandchildren, Brandy Aust and husband, Clint, Amber Milstead and husband, John, Jamie McLelland, Sarah Eakes Barrett and husband, Kyle, and Katie Eakes; great-grandchildren, Ethan Milstead, Grady Aust, Paisleigh Milstead, and Fisher McLelland; brother, Andy Fisher; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Fisher; parents, William Sr. and Ethel Fisher; sister, Carolyn Fisher. The family requests memorials are made to Northpark Church. Pallbearers will be Clint Aust, Steve Blackwell, John Milstead, Kyle Barrett, Matt Lee, David Culpepper, and David Blackwell.
