William Wyatt "Billy" Hailey

Funeral services for Billy Hailey will be held Friday, June 9, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Lynville Methodist Church with Bro. Steve Lampkin, Bro. Randy Caldwell, and Bro. Chris Gully officiating. Burial will follow at Lynville Methodist Church Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Hailey, age 63, of Preston, passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at his home.

Billy was a lifetime cattle farmer and loved being outdoors working. His bucket list was completed by seeing his daughter graduate from medical school and spoiling his grandson.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Janice Hailey; daughter, Dr. Anna Marie Hailey-Sharp (Jason); grandson, Wyatt Sharp; sister, Geraldine Vick (Jim); niece, Chrystal Wilkins; nephews, Ricky Hailey and Mark Vick (Becky); and loyal pet companion, Lucy.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Maude Hailey; brother, J.C. Hailey; and sister, Walterine Wilkins.

Pallbearers will be Ricky Hailey, Mark Vick, Tyler Vick, Jim VanDevender, Wydell McGraw, and Andy Sanderson.

Honorary pallbearers will be David Whittington and Brett Vick.
